Shipping Policy
Two-day delivery on all in-stock items excluding orders made on Thursday, during the weekend, or official holidays. Which will be processed on the first working day after the holiday.
Delivery service is available for all governates (Jordan).
Successful delivery is dependent on the accuracy of the address and contact information provided. Please Provide your correct and accurate contact information, which is required to confirm the order and address prior to releasing the order.
Orders received during public holidays and Eid holidays will be processed after the holiday.
Order will be canceled automatically in case of the below points:
- The customer did not answer to confirm the order or to confirm the address if any more details are needed, within 48 working hours from placing the order.
- Product out of stock.
- Technical error.
Refund and Returns Policy
No return policy, except the customers who received the order and find any missing items or broken or anything that does not match with their request, you have only 24 hours to contact our call center 0797218614 – Tel : 06–4720002 or send an email to support@swaashjo.com and tell them about the issue otherwise, the company is not responsible.
We only offer refunds if there is a problem with the product from our end. If you have changed your mind or there is no issue with the product, we do not provide refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@swaashjo.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting ,a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
If you’ve placed your order using cash on delivery , you can cancel your order before we fulfilled your order, please call us on our number: 0797218614 – Tel : 06–4720002 or send an email to: Support@swaashjo.com, with your name and order number as soon as possible before the shipment is sent to you.
Otherwise, if you’ve paid with any other payment method, there are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order , When you place an order with credit cards, the funds are reserved for us – we don’t actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent shipping order to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we don’t take the money however it may take up to 10 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
